This is the finished gem. It didn't take me this long to complete, I just haven't posted in a while. All done, it took a little more than 6 hours.

As I have wandered around N.E. Penna. doing my thing and caning anything in my path, It has always been frustrating to describe different weaves and methods, the difference between caning, splinting, rushing, porch caning, etc., etc. Hopefully, since everyone now a days seems to have access to a computer, I'll have this photo blog to help educate (or confuse!) potential customers or caner.Perhaps a word of wisdom found along the way will be thrown in for fun and I'll try and post your pictures and comments/questions too!
That settee certainly does look nice! It's made out of a headboard and footboard of a bed, right?
